So, your domain worked for a month or two, but now it doesn't. It could be locked for verification.
Reclaim sends you an email a couple of weeks after your sign up, to verify you're real. If you don't click on the link, your account will be locked for verification until you do click on the link.
If you don't see the email, check your email spam folder. Google how to check your spam folder if you don't know.
To resend the email, log in to Reclaim (don't go to cPanel), and see if there's a warning on the screen about verifying. There may be warnings about other things, too.
You can use a who-is service to check your domain as well. Like this one.
Type in your domain and ask it to check. Then look at the name servers. They should say something like ns1.inmotionhosting.com.
If the nameservers say something about being suspended, you haven't confirmed your domain yet.
